A connection tape (20) for connecting together ends of square hole punch carrier type taping (1) comprising a carrier tape (11) formed therein with sprocket holes (11a) and mounting holes (11b) and a top cover tape (12) and a bottom cover tape (13) respectively pasted to the upper and lower surfaces of the carrier tape; the connection tape comprising three layers, that is, a base material tape (30), an adhesion tape (40) and a protection tape (50), wherein the adhesion tape comprises a first adhesion tape (41) that can be pasted to the top cover tape, a second adhesion tape (42) that can be pasted to the upper surfaces of the sprocket holes in the carrier tape without interfering with the top cover tape and a third adhesion tape (43) that can be pasted to the bottom cover tape, the second adhesion tape being formed therein with sprocket holes (42a) corresponding to those in the square hole punch carrier type taping. |
