<p>The present invention can be applied in the production of animal feed, in the management of zoological parks, in the industrial breeding of wild animals and is used for producing a quality food base for fur-bearing wild animals as well as for other carnivorous wild animals and birds in captivity. The main animal proteins used in the feed ration of the fur-bearing wild animals and other carnivorous animals held in cages consist of carcasses of murine family representatives reared in cages. The carcasses are entirely processed without removing the hide nor the internal organs. The carcasses are ground until granules of 3 to 7 mm are obtained or until they reach the consistency of a stuffing.</p> |
