IMPROVEMENTS IN PARTITIONING SYSTEMS

A core element of extruded aluminium has a cross-section with a main web (10) and flanges (11). On its major profile (arrow A), the element has a central attachment means (12), which is flanked on either side by further attachment means (17). On its minor profile (arrow B), the element has other attachment means (24). The element is used to mount and support drywall and/or glazing panels and the attachment means enable various other specially designed elements to be connected to form a variety of different configurations, including door and window frames.
