<p>A handheld device (10) for mobile computing, communication and entertainment includes a detachable handset unit (20) and a portable docking display unit (30). Detachable handset unit (20) is sized for handheld grasping and includes a processor (11) and a plurality of first circuits (12 - 19). Processor (11) controls the operation of the first circuits (12 - 19). Portable docking display unit (30) is dimensioned to receive docking of detachable handset unit (20) and includes a first display (31) and a plurality of second circuits (32, 33).
