The invention relates to an installation to simulate skydiving of individuals by the action of an air stream, comprising a booth (3) defining the vertical channel (12) inside said booth and delimited by an upper net (4) on the top and by a lower net (5) on the bottom having enough space for at least one user; means for generating air (6) producing an air stream at a speed and rate such that at least one user can be suspended in the cabin (3) as the air stream passes upward through the vertical channel (12), an inner wall (13) delimiting the vertical channel (12), formed by a first elastic material at least on its upper half and an outer wall (14) formed by a second rigid material. At least part of the outer wall (14) and part of the inner wall (13) are separated by an intermediate space (16).
