There are provided drive means for displacing a contact (11) according to a control signal (12), a first control signal line for passing a control signal to the drive means (4), and first signal blocking means (3) connected with the first control signal line for blocking a high-frequency signal flowing through a high-frequency signal line (1a, 1b). As a result, the insertion loss due to a micromachine switch is reduced, and the high-frequency characteristics of a circuit including a micromachine switch are improved.
