摘要 A multiplexing timing signal generator (1) generates a multiplexing signal active for every number of chips of transmission data delayed for multiplexing. When the multiplexing timing signal is active, each chip of the spectrum-spreading code series is multiplied by a piece of transmission data by the corresponding arithmetic unit. Each chip of the results of the spectrum spreading is added to the offset value by an arithmetic unit (3(1)). Each chip of the results of the spectrum spreading by the arithmetic units (3(2) to 3(N)) is added to the value of the preceding one of the registers (2(1) to 2(N-1)), and the result is outputted as a signal of the succeeding one of the registers (2(1) to 2(N)), thus effecting multiplexing. The transmission data subjected to spectrum spreading by using a spectrum-spreading code series (C1 to CN) and multiplexed using a multiplexing timing signal. The result of the multiplexing is outputted chip by chip from the register (2(N)) in synchronism with the clock signal.
