<p>The present invention relates to a microwave arrangement which comprises a device including a number of dielectric substrates, electrodes arranged on either side of said dielectric substrate(s) and microwave transmission means for coupling microwaves into and out of said arrangement. The substrate comprises SrTiO3 crystals or a dielectric material with similar properties and first and second connection means connected to each of the electrodes for application of a voltage, temperature regulating means for cooling down the device so that through application of a voltage or external electrical pulses the dielectric constant of the substrate can be switched between a first stable state and a second stable state giving a digital, switchable arrangement.</p> |
