The invention relates to a circular saw blade comprising saw teeth (2, 3) which are uniformly arranged on the periphery thereof in an interspaced manner and which have a width b. The inventive circular saw blade is characterized in that at least one tooth (2) is wider than the remaining teeth (3). This single wider tooth laterally projects approximately a few tenths of a millimeter above the surface of the saw blade (1) and defines the width of cut. As long as the run-out error of the rest of the saw blade is smaller than the lateral projection of the wider tooth (2), the entire saw blade is practically free of run-out error thus increasing the quality of the produced saw cut.
