<p>A path strength measuring section (213) of a mobile station device (201) measures the path strength of a downstream signal, and a multiplexing section (214) superimposes path strength information on an upstream signal and transmits the resultant to a base station device (101). A path strength extracting section (161) of the base station device (101) extracts the path strength information superimposed on the upstream signal, a spectrum-spreading-rate determining section (171) determines the spectrum-spreading-rate of the downstream signal according to the path strength information, a slot determining section (181) determines the time slot of the downstream signal according to the spectrum-spreadingrate, a spectrum-spreading code determining section (191) determines a spectrum-spreading code according to the spectrum-spreading rate and time slot. Thus, while suppressing interference between users and maintaing the sufficient reception quality, the channel capacity is increased.</p> |
