Process for preparing concentrate free of aggregation of immunoglobulins G

In the present invention there is disclosed a process for preparing concentrate of immunoglobulins G for therapeutic use of human plasma or a supernatant of plasma cryoprecipitate. The concentrate being free of aggregations of immunoglobulins G containing less immunoglobulins E than 10 percent of their content in plasma is prepared by a sequence of operations, during which immunoglobulins remain always in liquid phase with pH value ranging from 5.5 to 7.8. The preparation process excludes precipitation in ethanol and the resulting product is suitable for therapeutic use, particularly for intravenous injection.
