<p>The proposed equipment consists of a tank being formed by an outer wall (1) and a central construction part (2) and a driven sludge-removing bridge (3) with a floating sludge discharge trough (9), on the front side of which there is located an overflow level (19). In front of the sludge-removing bridge (3) there is located in the direction of rotation thereof a starting rising shield (127) having its own second travel gear (7) being independent on that of the sludge-removing bridge (3) and a starting device. On the rising shield (17) there is placed a compression beam (18) with a starting drive for tilting the overflow level (19). The driven second travel gear (7) and the starting device of the rising shield (17) and the starting the first travel gear (6) of the sludge-removing bridge (3) that is fastened on a cantilever (4) are connected to a control device with phase-repeated control. The rising shield (17) run-out velocity is greater than velocity of the sludge-removing bridge (3) continuously following thereof and is provided with a switching element for stopping on a predetermined path. A level sensor being connected to the control device with phase-repeated control is attached to the compression beam (18).</p> |
