Gastric-protected stable omeprazole preparation in the form of micro-granules and process for preparing thereof

In the present invention there is disclosed a gastric-protected stable omeprazole preparation in the form of micro-granules containing a neutral core formed by sugar and starch, an active omeprazole layer formed by a mixture of omeprazole in mannitol in weight ratio omeprazole/mannitol 1 : 1 and an outer protective layer against stomach environment containing gastroresistant coating of hydropropylmethyl cellulose phthalate and talc. In the present invention there is also claimed a process for preparing the above described preparation.
