The invented absorption body is intended for napkins, sanitary towels used in case of incontinence, sanitary pads and the like articles and consists of a part receiving a liquid and part in which the liquid is stored and fitting close to the liquid-receiving part. The absorption body liquid-receiving part (11) is provided with at least one receiver (13) placed in a moistened zone of the absorption body and reaching inside the absorption body part (12) in which the liquid is stored and passing through this part (12), whereby the receiver (13) is in liquid contact with a capillary layer (14) acting as a wick and placed underneath the layer of the part (12) in which the liquid is stored. In the liquid-storing part (12) there is arranged a first absorption structure with a first efficient size of pores and in the liquid-receiving part (11) comprising the receiver (13) of the receivers (13) there is arranged at least one another absorption structure with a higher efficient size of pores if compared with the first pore size.
