Antibody construct and structural kit for selective preparation thereof

In the present invention there is disclosed an antibody construct consisting of two monomeric fusion proteins that are coupled by non-covalent interaction, where each monomeric unit comprises (i) a single chain Fv fragment, scFV, (ii) a linker peptide or a pant region peptide or a fragment thereof and (iii) amphiphilic helical peptide, containing leucine zipper sequence in which each seventh amino acid radical is a leucine radical or a sequence carrying at least two negative or positive charged amino acid radicals, whereby said helical peptide is capable of dimerization with a helical peptide of another monomeric fusion protein by non-covalent interaction, whereby scFV fragment (i) is fused via the linker/pant peptide (ii) with the amphiphilic peptide (iii) to C-termination thereof. In the present invention there is also claimed a structural kit for selective preparation of the above-described individual antibody construct that comprises a separately arranged above specified individual monomeric fusion proteins.
