发明名称 Process for preparing spirit without formation of alcohol stillage
摘要 The invented process is characterized by treatment of cereals, sugar beet or potatoes. Ground cereals is first mixed with water and after addition of a liquefying and sugar-forming enzyme the obtained grain mash is subjected to fermentation and potatoes after being crushed and starch saccharified are subjected also as grain to fermentation. Fermented mash is then filtered off under overpressure conditions on the side of suspension, filtrate is removed for distillation and filter cake is pre-dried in a drier at temperature being higher than water boiling temperature and under the pressure used. Spirit residues expelled by predrying and water are then cooled down, liquefied and distilled, whereby the spirit-free filter cake is subsequently dried in a terminal drier.
