<p>The invented absorbent babies' napkin-pants (1) with therapeutical orthopedic pad (29) have a front part (2) and a rear part (3) with an elastic element (20) disposed within a region of a waist opening (12) and a crotch part (4) with elastic fringes (19) in the region of leg openings (13) of the napkin panties (1). The front part (2) and the rear part (3) are provided with fastening means (21) and on the inner side of the napkin panties (1) there is arranged a removable absorbent pad (14). The babies' napkin-pants (1) are further provided with a therapeutical orthopedic pad (29) that is located in a rectangular casing (27) arranged on the napkin panties (1) front side, whereby this casing (27) front and rear transverse edges are removably fastened to end edges (9, 10) of both the front part (2) and the rear part (3) and the absorbent pad (14) is inserted in holding-down means.</p> |
