The invented runner is provided with a head (1) for attaching thereof to a shaft and several substantially radial blades (4), from which each is attached to the head (1) through the mediation of a blade clamp (12) to which it is rotatably fastened. The head (1) carries two parallel disks (5) that are arranged one after another, have substantially identical diameter and are provided with through holes (10, 11) for screws (17, 18). The blade clamps (12) are arranged between these disks (5). The disks (5) are attached to the blade clamps (12) and are forced against them through the mediation of the screws (17, 18) passing through the through holes (10, 11) intended for screws (17, 18) in the corresponding disks (5).
