The invented device is formed by an upward open container (1) consisting of a rear face (4) a bottom (2) and two elongated side walls (3, 3'), converging to each other in the direction from the inner surface of the rear face (4), that is provided on its outer surface with quick-clamping means (7) for removable securing of the container (1) to a vehicle (22) lifting gear (21), whereby the container is provided on the side opposite to the rear face with a front face (5) and on its bottom (2) with driven rotary screw feeder (8) passing through a hole in the front face (5) and reaching in a compression device (11) that is arranged on outer surface of the front face. The compression device (11) comprises a cylindrical tube (12) and a narrowing conical termination (13) following up therewith that is provided with a discharge hole (14) for compressed unloaded material. The cylindrical tube (12) of the compression device (11) inside diameter is slightly greater than outside diameter of the rotary screw feeder (8), whereby a compression section (8'') of the rotary screw feeder reaching in the cylindrical tube (12) is whole or partially covered with elastic rubber material in order to seal thereof against the cylindrical tube (12) inner wall.
