In the present invention there are disclosed tricyclic 5,6-dihydro-9H-pyrazolo[3,4-c]-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-a]pyridines of the general formula I, in which the general symbols have specific meaning, as well as their pharmaceutically acceptable salts per se and for use as medicament intended for treating diseases being selected from a group comprising asthma, arthritis, bronchitis, chronic obstructive disease of air passages, psoriasis, allergic rhinitis, dermatitis and other inflammatory diseases, AIDS, septic shock and other diseases such as cachexia comprising production of TNF. In the present invention there are also claimed pharmaceutical preparations based on those compounds. |
