PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a dish washer exhibit sufficient preliminary washing effect and decrease the cost by supplying hot water for rinse in a tank for hot water for rinse to a sink tank as preliminary washing liquid by using a switching valve means during a stand-by time for sequence of the main body part. SOLUTION: During a usual action sequence period for a washer main body part, a switching valve means using a cross valve which is inserted in an input side of a rinse pump 10 which is arranged at a lower part of a washer main body supplies hot water for rinse Q in a tank for hot water for rinse 9 to a rinse nozzles 12a, 12b through a duct 11. During a sequence waiting period for the washer main body, hot water for rinse Q in the tank for hot water for rinse 9 is supplied in a sink tank 22 as preliminary washing liquid through the duct 26. The sink tank 22 itself has circulating jet facility of preliminary washing liquid R, therefore, preliminary washing to rice and stiffened dirt which can not be removed easily by usual sink tank structure can be conducted sufficiently, thereby, washing effect in the washer main body can be improved particularly.
