PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make alterable the transferring distance and sinking depth and to make transferable while sinking articles in a liquid by providing a transferring mechanism having a sinking mechanism for sinking the articles floating on the liquid in a treating tank into the liquid and a transferring member of circular motion. SOLUTION: When a motor is driven, each crank shaft 7 is rotated through a chain, a transferring mechanism 20 is operated at one edge of the crank shaft 7 according to a crank 14A, and sending plates and sending frames 34 in an oil tank 2 start circular motion. On the other hand, a sinking mechanism 40 is operated at other edge of the crank shaft 7 according to a crank 14B, and sinking plates and frames 64 in the oil tank 2 vertically moves. In this state, for example, when raw material for fried fish balls is supplied to the oil tank 2, the raw material floating on the oil is sunk by the sinking, transferred by the sending plates, received sending action by the sinking frames 64, received sending action by the sending frames 34, and transferred in the oil without floating on the oil surface.
