PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make hand more flexible and a wearing feel better and to enable inexpensive production. SOLUTION: This throw-away diaper is constituted by forming leg hole parts 2D on both sides of thigh parts 2C between an anterior belly part 2A and back part in a developed state, joining elastic yarn 7 for west gathers and elastic yarn 9 for body fit gathers in an extended state to the anterior belly part 2A and the back part, joining elastic yarn 8 for leg gathers around the leg hole parts 2D in an extended state, superposing the anterior belly part 2A and the back part around the thigh parts 2D and joining both ends of the anterior belly part 2A and the back part to each other. The ends of the elastic yarn 7 to 9 at both joined ends 2c described above are retained and joined by elastic yarn stopping patterns 11 continuous in a longitudinal direction.
