PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a back main body to assume a full-reclining attitude by allowing a back side portion to move automatically when interfering with a wheel house or the like during the full reclining movement of a seat back. SOLUTION: A back side portion 13 constituting a seat back is formed independently of a back main body 12, is longitudinally rotatably connected at its lower end to the back main body 12, and is spring-biased so that it is located on the same plane as the back main body 12. When the back side portion 13 interferes with a wheel house WH or the like, it rotates relative to the back main body 12 and permits backward rotation of the back main body 12 so that the back main body 12 assumes a full-reclining attitude.
