PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength of a fitted part of an oscillation gear toward a supporting shaft part of a reel body in a fishing line-parallel winding mechanism of a spinning reel for fishing. SOLUTION: This spinning reel for fishing is provided by fitting an oscillation gear 10 installed with an eccentric protrusion 11 engaged with a sliding groove of the sliding element 5 installed at the terminal end of a spool shaft 3 with a supporting shaft part 13 formed as protruded at a reel body 1 through a reinforcing means made of a metal 14, and also attaching the oscillation gear 10 with a shed-preventing screw 15 to reinforce the strength of the supporting part of the oscillation gear 10.
