PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling table of a rice transplanter to direct the stalk and leaf on a seedling mat in upwardly inclining direction to prevent the damage of the stalk and leaf in the case of scraping a stock of seedling from a rolled seedling mat with a planting claw. SOLUTION: The seedling table 20 of a race transplanter supports a seedling mat wound in the form of a roll and enables the delivery of the seedling mat with a longitudinal transfer belt 25 of a longitudinal transfer apparatus 22. The longitudinal transfer apparatus 22 is provided with a lifting member to push up the middle part of the longitudinal transfer belt 25 and the seedling table 20 is provided with a stalk and leaf reversing member to turn over the posture of the stalk and leaf of the seedling mat pushed up with the lifting member.
