PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a steering device with a high vibration control effect, a high freedom of design, and a high level of appearance. SOLUTION: In this steering device 13 of motorcycle, a top bridge 52 is installed rotatable to a head pipe 12. A handle bracket 88 with almost a plane plate form is installed to the top bridge 52 through cushioning members 81 and 81. The upper surface of the top bridge 52 is almost covered by the handle bracket 88. The left side and the right side bar handles 91 and 91 are installed to the handle bracket 88.
