PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pasteurizer, having no space in which the liquid to be treated is unnecessarily stagnant, and a pasteurization section which can be easily assembled. SOLUTION: This pasteurizer is equipped with a pasteurization section 10a, having 2 grinding electrodes 12 and a high-voltage electrode 14 placed between the electrodes 12, each of the grinding electrodes 12 and high-voltage electrode 14 being separated from each other by a spacer 40 of rubber-like elastomer, which electrically insulates these electrodes, keeps them separated from each other and seals the liquid 2 to be pasteurized. |
