PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost to a great extent by reducing the number of parts and manufacturing manhours. SOLUTION: An air bag device 30 is set in the back surface side of an instrument panel of one layer structure formed out of a projection molded body 11 made of a synthetic resin. The place close to a set-up position for the air bag device 30 is recessed so as to be projected out to the back surface side, and this constitution thereby allows a case part 12 for housing the air bag 32 in the instrument panel 10 to be integrally formed so as to let an air bag door 14 to be pushed and opened by the expansion of the air bag 32, be diposed therein.
