medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying the filtering iridocycloretraction with single scleral flap to be formed. A portion of deep sclera layer is additionally excised in distal part of the scleral bed reaching the supraciliary space. Limbectomy is carried out in the proximal region of the scleral bed. Iridectomy is formed through the limbectomy opening. Free end of the scleral flap is introduced into the supraciliary space with deep sclera layers being excised outside of limbectomy.
