PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a cream composition having a light texture and good in flavor and keeping quality and to provide a method for producing the cream composition. SOLUTION: This composition is a cream composition comprising flour pastes and an oil and fat composition and has preferably 0.5-0.95 specific gravity. The oil and fat composition is one or more kinds, etc., selected from shortenings, margarines and fat spreads. The cream composition preferably has 15-85 wt.% content of the flour pastes and 85-15 wt.% content of the oil and fat composition. The characteristic of this method for producing the cream composition comprises mixing 15-85 pts.wt. of the flour pastes subjected to temperature control at 10-30 deg.C with 85-15 pts.wt. of the oil and fat composition subjected to temperature control at 10-30 deg.C. |
