PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify assembly and demolition in order to reduce costs and a construction period required for an installation and the demolition. SOLUTION: An upper edge part of a scaffold 12 is rotatably fixed to an upper part of a surface of a precast pillar member 1. The scaffold 12 is opened upward to support on the ground by using a supporting member 5 in a construction site, thereby the scaffold for working is installed. When finishing using as a scaffold, the scaffold 12 is closed downward to integrate with a precast pillar member 1 or a precast wall member by flushing a fixing material to the surface or between the surfaces and the scaffold to harden. Accordingly, since the assembly and demolition of the scaffold become easy, hands required for the assembly and the demolition can be reduced, and a construction period required for the assembly and the demolition can be shortened.
