PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily only a main body case without removing an external power box from a wall surface in the case of the exchange of a hot-water washing seat. SOLUTION: In the private-part washing device 1, an electric circuit is incorporated into the main body case 3 of a hot-water flushing seat 2, and a power cord 5 connected to the electric circuit is led out to the outside of the main body case 3 and connected to an external power box. A power-cord cover 4 is installed detachably near the place of fixing to the main body case 3 of the power cord 5. A connector section for detachably connecting the power cord 5 and the electric circuit is housed inside the power cord cover 4. The connector section can be led out to the outside of the main body case 3 under the state, in which the power cord cover 4 is removed from the main body case 3.
