PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure and make the mounting angle changeable by providing a control panel, the switch of which is operated with the foot, and that can be fixed to a place of installation through a mounting base and making the control panel and the mounting base detachable. SOLUTION: A sheet switch 13 has a switching means in the interior and the switching means operates when the surface is pressed. In a mounting block 19, a rectangular wide side plate and a narrow side plate are connected perpendicularly. A slope is provided, inclined with regards to the first mounting face 24 and the second mounting face 25, and the cross section of a mounting base 12 formed by these three faces is a right-angled scalene triangle. Namely, the angle (30 degrees for example) between the slope of the mounting base 12 and the first mounting face 24 differ from the angle (60 degrees for example) between the slope and the second mounting face 25, and the angle of the slope can be changed by changing a mounting face on the underside of a cabinet or the like to be installed to the first mounting face 24 or the second mounting face 25.
