PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reusing a coated resin by which an impact resistance can be readily improved without removing the coated film. SOLUTION: A high-density polyethylene resin having 100,000-150,000 weight average molecular weight of 20-40 wt.% is formulated with a pulverized product of a coated waste plastic component comprising a polypropylene resin modified with an ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber of 20-30 wt.%, and the formulated mixture is melted and pelletized. The obtained pellets are provided as a regenerated material.
