PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a high-purity mixed acid-type 1,2-diacyl-3-glycerophospholipid industrially easily by a single method through combining any carboxylic acids at 1-position and 2-position. SOLUTION: This method for producing a high-purity mixed acid-type 1,2- diacyl-3-glycerophospholipid of the general formula (R1 and R2 are each a 12-22C acyl group differing from each other; X is a residue resulting from excluding one hydroxyl group from a base containing hydroxyl groups) is such one that 1,2-diacyl-3 glycerylphosphatidylcholine is, as a raw material, partially deacylated with lipase and purified with a silica gel column followed by introducing different acyl groups into the deacylated positions with the corresponding acid anhydrides to synthesize a mixed acid-type 1,2-diacyl-3-glycerophospholipid, and repeating crystallizing purification at least 3 times for the synthesized product with a specific mixed solvent.
