PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a device in a steering device of a traveling vehicle having a structure in which two hydrostatic transmissions(HST) are connected to each other, one of them is for traveling and the other one is for steering, and a pair of right and left axles are driven and steered. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a traveling HST 21 composed of a variable displacement hydraulic pump 52 and a fixed displacement or variable displacement hydraulic motor 53, a steering HST 22 composed of a variable displacement hydraulic pump 71 and a fixed displacement or variable displacement hydraulic motor 72, and a differential device 5 for traveling and steering. Input shafts 25, 26 of respective hydraulic pumps 52, 71 are independently connected to the output shaft of an engine. In this case, both HSTs 21, 22 are housed in one housing.
