PURPOSE:To increase the possibility of connection with a control center by deciding emergency unless a connection with a 1st communication terminal equipment is made, calling a control center with select number data on a 2nd communication terminal equipment, and calling the 2nd communication terminal equipment and sending data. CONSTITUTION:When specific transmission conditions are satisfied, a signal for calling the 1st communication terminal equipment of the control center is sent out to a communication channel. When it is made evident that the communication channel of the 1st communication terminal equipment is occupied (busy), the emergency of specific transmission conditions is decided. Consequently, when the emergency is high, a signal for calling the 2nd communication terminal equipment is sent out to the communication channel. Further, data corresponding to the transmission conditions (e.g. data indicating the occurrence of trouble) is sent after the connection. Consequently, the possibility of the connection with the control center in emergency is increased. Consequently, the danger of serious trouble due to the delay of handling by the control center is reduced. |
