PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substitute film for a coat for lamination blow molding which is excellent in the adhesion to parison resin and which can follow a complicated three-dimensional shape and can obtain an external appearance equal to or better than one obtained by spray coating. SOLUTION: This substitute film is a composite film constituted by laminating a transparent layer, a colored layer, an adhesive layer and a base layer sequentially, and the base layer needs to meet the following conditions. It is constituted of a propylene-ethylene random copolymer and polyethylenic resin and the thickness is 0.2-0.7 mm. The tensile strength at the time of 500% stretch measured in conformity with JIS K 7127 is 1.0-3.0 kgf/cm2 at 120 deg.C and 0.2-1.2 kgf/cm2 at 140 deg.C.
