PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good laminated sheet of stable quality at low cost without generating environmental pollution while achieving the conservation of resources. SOLUTION: In a prepreg, a powdery thermosetting resin compsn. obtained by applying machanical energy to a mixture of a thermosetting resin and a curing agent both of which are essential components to generate mechanochemical reaction in this compsn. is allowed to be present at least on the surface of a sheet-like fiber base material not subjected to coupling treatment and, pref., a coupling additive is added to the thermosetting resin compsn. A plurality of the prepregs are superposed one upon another to be heated and pressed to obtain a laminated sheet.
