PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck for a coffin, which is convenient when a coffin loading/unloading work is executed in a hall funeral and can be operated even by means of one woman and by which the coffin with a corpse inside is prevented from falling and is easily moved. SOLUTION: The truck is constituted of a vehicle body 10 where front, rear, left and right casters 12 and a pair of left and right driving wheels 40 and 40 are attached, a driving motor 40M for rotating the wheels 40, a coffin base 30 for placing the coffin, which is attached to the vehicle body 10 so as to be freely and vertically elevating/lowering possible and a coffin base elevating/ lowering means for vertically elevating/lowering the coffin base 30. Then a pair of left and right driving wheels 40 and 40 are arranged in the center positions between the front and rear casters 12 and 12 and a differential device is attached between the wheel shaft of the pair of left and right driving wheels 40 and 40.
