PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hang a ceiling member on an upstairs floor material, and effectively control the diffusion of a heavy impact sound generated by the floor material to the ceiling member. SOLUTION: Two places opposed in a radial direction of an annular part 11 of an annular main body 10 formed by rubber vulcanization molding have a couple of supporting parts 12, 13 extended to the vicinity of an axial center. Attaching holes 14, 15 for penetrating in an axial direction are provided on a root part of the annular part of both supporting parts. Mass metal fittings 16, 17 are buried in two places crossed at right angles with the supporting parts of the annular part. A vibration control device is fixed to an upstairs beam with a lifting lug of a floor side, and supports a ceiling material side through the lifting lug. Vibration can be attenuated, and the diffusion of vibration of a heavy impact sound to the ceiling material can be controlled by the resonance action of the natural vibration of the main body 10 which includes the mass metal fittings and the vibration of the heavy impact sound diffused from the floor material. |
