PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synthesize laminar BaTiO3 particles. SOLUTION: The laminar BaTiO3 particles are obtained by mixing Li2CO3, K2CO3 and TiO2 then adding a K2MoO4 flux to the mixture, keeping the mixture in a platinum crucible at 100 deg.C to obtain K0.8Ti1.73Li0.27O4, treating the obtained K0.8Ti1.73Li0.27O4 with nitric acid to exchange K ion or Li ion with H ion and to obtain H1.07Ti1.73O4 and subjecting the obtained H1.07Ti1.73O4 together with Ba(OH)2 to hydrothermal reaction in an autoclave. |
