PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for medical treatment suitable for medical treatment materials such as various catheters, a guide wire, artificial blood vessel, a blood dialysis film, and an endoscope and providing excellent antithrombogenic property and biocompatibility for a long time. SOLUTION: A covered layer composed of a copolymer based on monomer having a group represented by formula (wherein, each of R1, R2 and R3 may be mutually the same or different group and shows hydrogen atom or a monovalent hydrocarbon group having the number of carbons of 1 to 4 and n denoted an integer of 2 to 4) on a side chain and monomer having a group connectable with heparin or heparin derivative and heparin or heparin derivative is formed on a surface of a basic material. |
