PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lead pipe from vibrating while LNG is being received via a bottom feed line in an LNG underground tank. SOLUTION: The length L of a straight portion 7 forward of an elbow portion 6 formed on a tip side of a feed pipe 5 is set to be at least five times the diameter D of the feed pipe 5. The turbulence generated in passing of the elbow portion 6 is converged in the straight portion 7, the flow speed is unified, and the LNG flows down from a funnel portion 10 into the lead pipe 9. Thus, the quantity of BOG included from the periphery at the funnel portion 10 becomes uniform, and no slag flow is generated in the lead pipe 9. As a result, the vibration of the lead pipe 9 caused by the slag flow is eliminated, and generation of the fatigue at a fitting portion, etc., of the lead pipe 9 can be prevented.
