PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet wherein a topcoating layer excellent in weatherable close adhesiveness is laminated to a surface resin layer comprising a polyolefinic resin, a decorative sheet on which an OP layer used in the formation of the topcoating layer of the decorative sheet is laminated and an OP coating agent used in the formation of the topcoating layer of the decorative sheet. SOLUTION: An OP coating agent consisting of an acryl polyol main agent containing methyl (meth)acrylate, hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate, octyl acrylate or cyclohexyl acrylate as a copolymer component and an isocyanate type curing agent is applied to the surface of a polyolefinic resin layer 1 provided with a pattern layer 5 to laminate a topcoating layer 2 to obtain a decorative sheet.
