PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make dissolvable a danger of staining floor by forming a rubber compound from a silicone rubber compound mainly made from silicone polymer without mixing an additive having a danger of staining floor. SOLUTION: A rubber sheet formed mixing a silicone rubber compound according to a fixed rubber compound prescription is contact to the back surface of a mat raw cloth 1 formed by planting nylon pile 11 to a base cloth 12 made of a polyester non-woven cloth. An unbridging tape rubber is further contacted to the rubber sheet, and the rubber sheet and unbridged tape rubber are treated by heating and pressurizing together with the mat raw cloth 1, namely a treatment for joining the rubber sheet and the mat raw cloth 1 and a treatment for bridging the rubber sheet and the unbridged tape rubber are conducted. The mat of which a mat base material 2 formed of a main body section 21 formed by bridging the rubber sheet and an ear section 22 of the bridged tape rubber is bonded to the mat raw cloth 1 can be obtained thereby.
