摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce many kinds of glass sheets varying in curved surface by connecting an upper blow-off member and a lower blow-off member via a link mechanism, oscillating these members around prescribed oscillation fulcra and changing the curvature of the curves connecting respective air nozzles according to the curved surface shapes of the curved glass sheets in a high- temperature state. SOLUTION: The glass sheet 16 to be formed is transported in an arrow A direction by a roller conveyor 14. The glass sheet is heated near to its softening point in the outlet of a heating furnace 12. The glass sheet 16 with which bending ends are moved in an arrow C direction in the state of being supported by a press ring 18 is transported to the air cooling and tempering apparatus 24. The apparatus has the upper blasting box 26 above a glass treating stage S held therebetween, and the lower blasting box 28 below the stage and are connected to a duct 30. When a blower is driven, the generated cold air is blown to the glass treating stage S where both surfaces of the glass sheet 16 are cooled and tempered. The glass sheet 16 is then transported toward an arrow D by a moving device.
