SUBSTANCE: method of treatment and disinfection of biological material involves addition of enzyme solution, incubation, addition of Lugol's aqueous solution and repeated incubation. Solution of FeCl3 can be added to biological material additionally. Method provides the possibility to attain bactericidal effect but to sorb and remove extracellular microorganisms, antigens, bacterial toxins and products of decomposition of damaged infected tissues from body.
