PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diversely wash a human body properly while improving the efficiency of water saving in a human-body washing device. SOLUTION: In a movable body NH1-11 for a videt, magnetic-action sections NH1-18a-18c at a lower end are faced oppositely to electromagnetic coils NH1-33a-33c in a nozzle head under an oscillating state to the nozzle head in a flange section. When the electromagnetic coils NH1-33a-33c are excited, the magnetic-action sections are attracted to the excited electromagnetic coils NH1-33a-33c and inclined in the movable body NH1-11. Since each electromagnetic coil NH1-33a-33c is excited successively, the inclination of the movable body NH1-11 transfers and is generated along the excitation forward directions of the electromagnetic coils NH1-33a-33c. Consequently, a videt spout hole NH1-10 is inclined at a spout-hole deflection angleαtogether with the movable body NH1-11, and vibrated and rotated with the transition of the place of inclination of the movable body NH1-11 as the tilted posture is left as it is. Accordingly, spouting from the spout hole NH1-10 takes a spouting type in which model type spouting water columns RT are formed in a conical shape. The excitation frequency of the coils is set in insensible dead-zone frequency (5 Hz or lower) each time, using repeated stimuli as intermittent ones at that time.
